For our esteemed English gentleman, an small interview with Garth Ennis as well as Jim Lee's variant cover for issue 30.

BTW, I read the first arc and thought it was quite good.

I already gave this title my seal of approval. You should have put it on your must-read list when I made a thread about it way back when.

Also, you can rely on my judgement to be purely objective, unlike others who think Ennis shits gold all the time :devilish:

Who trusts your Chuck Austen loving arse of an opinion? :D

Cheers Arn! I'll watch it at some point later.

I can pull my head out of a creator's ass long to read what he's wrote before declaring it "brilliant" :devilish:

No you can't! And there's even photographic and written/posted evidence of you admiting you go up to writers whose work you've never read an declare you love their work and get a photo with them. :D

Caught red handed there matey! ;)

:no-no:

Those statement's were made for the benefit of the creator, to put them at ease. Saying "I enjoy your work" more of a formality than anything and makes them more amenable to other requests.

After all, can you imagine if, after getting my photo taken with them, I turn to them and say "Thanks for picture Ron (Garney) but I still think you're art is a piece of shit". :(

I wouldn't get anything from creators

:)

I still wince when a creator whose work I mainly download shakes my hand and says "Thank you for reading the book!"

:(

I`d feel like a huge tool if I did that.

Has anyone else found the Boys (maybe it is just this arc) to be less enjoyable than the first 12 or 16 issues

I dropped The Boys after about 12 issues. I found it to be more and more of the same, really. And besides, if I drop this, I've got money to spare to catch the Hitman trades. :D
