For my final year as an Information Technology major we have to do some kind of project to sum up all you've learned. Its total fucking bullshit, lol. Its a year long course that sucks major balls to do, where you have to present to the class twice and then present in a huge corporation. Each time we have to dress up and its a fucking pain.

So for my project, I decided to create a website for a local comic retailer, Mavericks. I teamed up with someone else who had nothing to do and we've been "working" on this for the last 5 months or so. In reality? I created the first page of the website 2-3 weeks ago ^_^ But my partner was able to set up a server and its hosted online, with us still having a bunch of shit to do but at least its up and working. We also decided to create a message board, so if anyone wants to go there and pop its cherry (mind the language since its gotta be presented) be my guest...

And yes, I know its ugly as hell. We haven't created any style sheets or gotten any photos yet, its mostly up just to show that its created and working.

The structure looks good, can't wait to see it with the style sheets. :D

Bravo! Web is a pain in the ass.

Thanks!

Its funny, I've been in the Web Development major for almost 7 years and I really don't care for it at all, lol. My partner is supposed to be working on stuff, and so far all he's done is created the web server (and did that minimum of 3 times cause it kept fucking up). I am a bit annoyed at the quantity of his work, but in the end I just want this frickin class to be over with in May lol...
