Gah. And it gets worse and worse.

Watch hockey.
Get out.
Lyon is cruising to a likely 8th championship in a row. We are also heading towards a severe beatdown against Barça in Champions League.
Marseille vs Twente tonight. Marseille should win that one. Easily even.
I dunno, Twente is good. I see them doing well in Marseille and taking it home next week. Well, they're able to do so. I'm not saying they will, I'm expecting them to lose.
You kept up with Feyenoord, BTW? I don't even know which place we're at, to be honest. 13 or 14.
*checks*
Ooooh... 12th! 6 points above the line.

Really?
Of course you'll see Marseille will now waltz over Twente and win 4-1. :o
Damn 0-1.
Oh well, I don't like Marseille anyway.
I hear the ref's not entirely objective there? Especially when it comes to giving cards.
Fiorentina - Ajax ends 0-1, very surprisingly. Ajax had one chance and made the goal. Fiorentina has had a few chances that should've been goals, but didn't score. Rather unbelievable. All in all a good night for Holland, to bad Twente couldn't make a second goal (I hear on the radio they've had a few chances for that).
We were all over Fiorentina during the Champions League.
Riccardo Burchielli certainly is crying. I'm sorry for him.
Marseille is such a shame.
Jezus... in the past 5 years there've been 13 incidents with Feyenoord hooligans in the UEFA Cup. Given that one of those years was without European football and there were two matches without Feyenoord fans at all, that probably means there was an incident with every game they played.
I really don't understand those fuckers. :(
Have them register at the local police station every time there is a game going on. Wouldn't that work?
Yes. But someone the politicians seem to think that a football law, like in England, is NOT something necessary. Morons.
That's cause everything is legal in your country. :D
6 points clear on top of the league!! I'm in a good mood to get trashed tomorrow night by Barça.
I'm looking forward to Real - Liverpool on Wednesday!
I am too surprisingly giving our shitty form as of late. But i think a strong showing in the champs league (which we seem to pull out of nowhere in recent seasons) will sort out team morale and hopefully get us back in title race.
I just hope too much damage hasn't been done
Liverpool is much more a cupfighter than a league team.
Dude! FIFA's looking into an orange card. A time penalty for a player who gets that one.
At the start of the season i would have disagreed but the amount of draws we have suggests we are a cup team. I mean you can't get knocked out of the cup if you can't get beaten right?
The orange card idea is fucking stupid. If they want to sinbin why not just give a 5 minute one for a yellow. Why introduce a new card?
Inter - Man United was the match on TV here yesterday and shiiiit... will the English boys be scratching their heads today. They should've ended it right there yesterday in the first half. Secaond half was actually sorta boring, though.
Yeah i saw that. I thought the refereeing was exceptionally poor and most decisions seemed to go uniteds way. still hoping inter can pull something out of the bag and knock those manc twats out though.
Not sure about the ref, but the linesmen were in form.
Not sure, i do know that the english commentary team was giving the ref ALOT of stick, which i found extremely strange
gerrards only fit enough for the bench :(
Ive got a feeling that this is going to be one hell of a defencive display :(
It was a terrible match to watch, yeah. What, two chances in 90 minutes? And that was terrible defending by Real, BTW. Of course, I'm not minding it.
Yeah i can see what you mean, if i wasn't a liverpool fan i probably would have fallen asleep.
Surprisingly though i think most of the criticism should be aimed at real. They were home and never really threatened. Liverpool clearly had a plan and stuck to it. All in all a good result :D
Raul was terrible. I understand he's an icon and all, but at a certain time you have to realise when a player has too much power. He's still there because he's Raul, not because he's the best for the spot.
Isn't he near the top if not top of the european golden boot?
Sure he was extremely poor tonight but i thought Higuain was just as poor. I think Benetez deserves alot of credit for Liverpools positioning and teamwork which i beleive was the main reason they looked so bad.
Hey, we did 1-1 home against Barça, not so bad.
Wonderful free-kick again by Juninho, you guys should check it out. We should have scored a couple more in the first half as we were all over them.
Fucking Thierry Henry better score the same kind of goal with the national team.
Going to the neucamp needing to score isn't ideal though.
I suppose there not the best defensively though and if juninho can score another one of them  theres always a chance

Reminds me of Van Hooijdonk in the UEFA 2002. Except that the keeper actually tried to stop the ball on that occasion. :D
Fuuuuuck!! Twente is out after penalties. :( Shit, penalties on the radio is intense!
I'm catching the highlights later.
Ajax defeated Fiorentina! I'd never expected that. Too bad Twente didn't make it, they would've run into each other in the next round.
Villa and tottenham are a fucking disgrace, putting out what is essentially a youth/reserve team is a joke and both should be banned from european competition by UEFA for next season
4-0! What a show! Even though the first two goals were unjustly given.
*checks other scores*
HOLY SHIT, Sporting had nothing to bring, apparently. That's just sad.
the second was never a penalty but the first was correctly given in my opinion.
exellent result but a very poor madrid side
5-2 for Barcelona and a red card for Juninho.
We were simply not in the same league as Barça. I'd call this a disgraceful performance.
Well, I'd say Barça played a formidable match and was just way better.
In other news: Dudek wants to come back to Feyenoord. I'm not sure what to think of that.
Dammit, after Twente Ajax loses from Marseille. AGAIN unjust. And Ben Arfa is a fuck, what he did there in the last minute was just too stupid.
In other bad news: Thomasson is again injured. :(
Villareal - Arsenal
Manchester United - Porto
Liverpool - Chelsea
Barcelona - Bayern München
I dare not to predict Liverpool - Chelsea. If Liverpool would have the away match first, I'd put my money on Liverpool. I still think they're going to take it, but home first (which is always more chess than football) and then away with Hiddink doing his macig for Chelsea... I dunno.
I want to see Barça - Munich. This is going to be some football!!!
I'm hoping. I'm hoping on a wise decision by the national coach (or whatever that term might be). Due to some absurd error, Sneijder has been playing the 10 position in the Dutch team for quite some while, leaving Van Persie to operate from the right flank. And while the current coach very correctly mentioned: Zidane was left wing on the paper as well, but didn't act like it. The difference is that Van Persie does act like it.
Now with Sneijder barely playing AND Van der Vaart barely playing, this leaves open possibilities: Van Persie on 10, the position where he is best, and Kuyt on the right wing.
I'm hoping.
Zidane was left wing on the paper as well, but didn't act like it. The difference is that Van Persie does act like it.
He also forgot to mention that Zidane was ten times the player that Van Persie, Van something or Sneijder will ever be.

:emoteHail::emoteHail::emoteHail::emoteHail::emote Hail:
There's that as well. :D
But, it happened! Robben on left, Van Persie on 10, Kuyt on right. And a very pissed of Sneijder.
Oh, and yeah:

Unbelievable. I'm glancing at Holland B - Italia B and this Balotelli guy literally stomps on the knee of a Dutch player who's making a sliding. Right on the side, with no intention at all of playing the ball. And he gets a yellow.
Shiiiiiiittttt!
It's the end of an era. With 4 games left to play, Lyon is only 3rd, 7 points behind Bordeaux and Marseille. I can't believe this is happening. We're not even sure to make it to the Champions League. :(:(:(
Speaking of an end of an era: in Holland there seems to be one as well. AZ is champion, for the first time in 28 years not one of the three big names (Feyenoord, PSV, Ajax). Funnily enough it was AZ back then as well. And for the first time in over 50 years not one of the big three holds a top two spot, since that goes to Twente this year. Well deserved, too.
This makes for interesting dealings: where this year and prior to the season there was still the argument that going from Twente to Ajax was an improvement, this can't be said anymore. The 'smaller' teams hold positions 1, 2, 5 and 6. The big three have 3 (Ajax), PSV and 7 (Feyenoord). While Feyenoord can't be put in the same league as Ajax and PSV anymore, it's telling that even those two had nothing to bring this season. AZ and Twente played the best football this season, with a good selection which holds several players who can fill in for each other. There's a real vision with those teams, and ironically they make use of players that PSV and most notably Ajax had no use for.
And for the moment Feyenoord is on the 7th spot, which is good for play-off football. One point next week guarantees that, which means they'll still be in the running for (preliminary of) the Europa League. Since January, with the switch of the trainer, things have gone much better.
And Van Gaal is on his way to Bayern Munich next season it seems.
Also, my German team Vfl Wolfsburg is on its way to win its first ever Bundesliga!!! Go Wolves!!!!
I dunno about Van Gaal. Beckenbauer mentioned a list that contains both Van Gaal and Hiddink. Sorry, but you can't possibly have a list that contains those two names, they're on the opppsite sides of training methods.
As for Van Gaal, I hope he stays with AZ. With him, they've got a decent chance in the CL next year to make it through the winter. I have no idea who could follow him as a trainer with AZ.
So, Gerets has made a title contestant out of Marseille for the first time in 10 years. So what does he do? He leaves cause he can't get along with the Marseille management. Well done, Marseille...
Of course, Deschamps has already signed to replace him next season. So that's that.
Meanwhile, Paris is having its best season in 5 years, still having a good chance of getting a CL spot for next season. So of course, what do they do? They end the contract of their coach at the end of the season. Way to motivate your players to give their best in the final run.
Our league is really going down the sink... :(
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH HHHHHH!!!!!!!!
INIESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a loser indeed. Now hoping Barça will kick some whiny Ronaldo's butt for the final.
Unbelievable. Feyenoord ends the competition on a 7th place, play-offs now. But they lose the last match 2-3 (and end with 9 men) to the #18, the LOWEST RANKING TEAM THERE IS.
And the things I've seen today. A red card and a penalty for NO foul. A dubious red card to say the least for, in my opinion, a non-intentional elbow. No card for an elbow and hitting another player by the same player in about 3 seconds. And the best: playing the ball with your hand and GETTING a penalty for it. :D
Wolfsburg Bundesliga champion!!!!
