View Full Version : Thor 600
This was good. Loki's plan pays off and it seems like a change in the title for the time being.

It was good, I'll give it that.. but I just dont' think I'll stick with the book now. I finally saw the pay off, and while good, I just feel like it's been taking too long, and we haven't gotten near enough issues since it's started. Much as I hate to do it, I think this was my last issue.
Well, it did take it's sweet time. I suppose it's because Coipel is looking over his shoulder half of the time to see if Arn isn't standing there. :D

I figured that was the case as well :D
While the art and story have been fantastic, that's my big complaint, is the delay in storytelling. I've read books like that before, where it was a whenever it gets out kinda deal, and I'm trying to stop doing that.
Trust me, I wouldn't want to stand behind Coipel. He would probably spread his legs. >.<

Dropped it yesterday when I went in... It was a fun run, but just not enough bang to keep me along for the rest.

This book is slow. Tell me though, this issue seems large. Is it a larger than normal issue? Or just have a bunch of reprinted crap in it?
Are the reprints even related to the new story?

Don't know, I didn't bother even reading them.
How old are those reprints?

They're from Journey Into Mystery, issues 106, 107, 112, 113, and 115.. so they're not recent

Both.
I <3 paying an extra buck or two for old reprints I never really wanted in the first place, or that I already own.
Fuckers.
Considering the amount you spend monthly on comics, you'd think a dollar or two more wouldn't really make a difference. ;)
Hah! How many comics do you get each month anyway, Wulf?
You see that Diamond list? He gets it all. :D

With the bump to most comics from 3 to 4 bucks, I have dropped over 20 issues from my monthly list.
I am sick of paying so much for mediocre comics filled with ads.
No wonder January sales were at an all-time low then. ;)

No wonder. Is it me, or has comic quality of the story arcs gone a bit downhill over the last year?
That's cause you buy way too much comics. Do like me, stick to the best.
